About Us

417 Recovery San Diego offers comprehensive, clinically-based treatment for adolescents and their families who are struggling with co-occurring disorders, as well as mental health issues. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) allows adolescents to live at home and continue with school, work or other activities while receiving treatment. Our clients generally attend the program three to five days per week, based on medical necessity. We offer true individualized care, ensuring that all of our clients have a treatment plan tailored to specifically meet their unique needs.
